Hi. I've recently built a 6 foot, block wall at the rear of my back garden, and want to install a couple of exterior lights to it. A public access path runs behind it, for access to the rear gardens on my row. Is it an acceptable practice to run a conduit along this side, passing through the wall, on my side, directly to the light appliance - thus allowing me to conceal the wiring on my side?
