Has an extraction Rate of 218mÂł/hr so a room 3m x 3m would get about 10 air changes/hr if it runs continuous, For your requirements it is a good choice of fan and personally I would not use anything smaller
 
For a "room" that size a 4" fan would be ok depending on which model you go for they will shift 70 - 90mÂł/hr so more than enough for your needs
