Fagerhult 19942-299 openbox light fitting

Can anyone help, got to fit 20 of these lights removed from another premises by another company, they are prewired with 6 core flex.. No diagrams.. No instructions..??

D+, D- is this for dimmer control, connected to what??

You need a DALI controller to be able to dim them..
the likes of tridonic and osram do them.
if you don't want them dimmed though just switch them conventionally and don't connect the DALI wires
