Fan problem

Hi and thanks for adding me.
I have just fitted 2 x 12v Airflow ICON PIR Timer fans.
Same house 2 different bathrooms.
1 works fine and no probs the other wont turn off.
As soon as i turn on at the isolator it powers up and stays on.
i even got another transformer and module to try incase either was faulty but its just the same.
Any help much appreciated.

Yes ive even tried swopping them.
Both old and new coloured cable used in the house but fan def connected with Grey neutral,Brown live and Black switched

Try swapping the fans...…….that might prove something!

Ive already swopped fan,transformer and module.Something i will check tomoz is if they have given me a 12v module or the 240v one.Really has got me puzzled on this one

Are there lights connected to the switched line?
Are they the same type in both bathrooms?
Are the switches both ordinary mechanical ones?
What voltage do you read between SL & N with the switch off, in each case?
