Fault in Dumfries Scotland

Can anyone look at a fault for me in Dumfries Scotland, Power one with GFI fault.

the distance is too far for me to go.

I'd check the fault code first, if it's a send back to power-one fault then power-one will pay £100 for an installer to replace the inverter for them under warranty.

yes it a job we fitted. the GSI light is on but no alarm light or error code….

I told customer to call power one as I heard it is common , the system been running ok for 2 years
