Tut tut
nothing wrong with it in osg (yellow amd3) page 183 (green p175 amd 2011)Sorry mate both of your post are really hard to understand, you need to take your time and build your sentences correctly
Duane I could be wrong but looking at your qualifications, it seems that you may be a trainee, not having a dig at you but if you are indeed a trainee, then my advice would be to ask the Mods foe access to the Trainee section, you will find more sympathetic help in that area, if you have a copy of BS 7671 then take a look at Appendix 15

because the fcu is a fixed load you are providing overload protection downstream so it cannot overload.
(wire to them in 2.5 next time or better incorporate then into the ring)
Includes other requirements too IIRC...If under 3meters. IMO in not really the done thing though.
If you have fitted an FCU into the ring then the cable on the load side of the FCU can be 1.5mm² as the current is limited to 13A and 1.5mm² is the minimum csa for power.
I haven't been this confused about a thread for a while....and what is 'cribbed' just out of interest or did the spellchecker do a number on your post?
