I'm a female electrician and struggling to find full time employment in the greater Manchester area. Anyone any ideas much appreciated

The Joke is though even we men are treated like Idiots when training, FFS I had my testicles painted with cutting paste, was stripped naked on more than one occasion and was the tea boy for 5 years, I also walked up the shop for 5 years in all weathers for the qualified sparks during my time, it isn't just a female thing it is the Trade end of, and the women need to realise it and accept it or they will be getting special treatment. TIN HAT ON LOL

I would suggest that any employer who condones such harassment needs to get it sorted pronto. I would also ask you to consider and explain how you think the above could be acceptable for men or women?

It isn't acceptable today of course, my point being that women are moaning they are treated differently than men and I would suggest it is just an apprentice thing, as for explaining myself to you, I don't need to, your a no-body to me :cuss:
