I expect you could say that about anything; my dad used to brew for a local micro-brewery so knows his stuff; he refers to 'Smoothflow' type drinks (he wouldn't even call them 'beers') as "that nitro rubbish".
'Female electricians' to beer, and Geordie hasn't even looked at this thread!
