Fibreglass insulation safety

Hi guys

What do people find is the best protection against horrible fibreglass insulation - I always seem to be left coughing and itching!!!? I do wear safety gear, but nothing seems to be 100%.

A slight smear of fairy liquid will keep your goggles clear for awhile , not to sure if I would try it on expensive bifocals though.

It also works on the car or van glass when you get in wet.

Just a smear mind , not enough to mingle with sweat and run and get into your eyes .
Polish it off like glasses cleaner until you get it right.

Goggles are a pain . In a previous life I did loads of grinding and welding in not great conditions . I could weld ok , but not always on the right bit.
