Hi again, looking for fire alarms now. only ever done 1 house and it was aico with a 10year lithium backup we fitted. they look quite pricey, see they do a normal alkaline backup version too. do you guys think paying the extra for the lithium is good value? i'm guessing year 10 years the cost of replacing the 9v backups would cost more than the initial outlay for the lithium. Also ive heard fire angel mentioned but never used/seen them myself, if there anything between them or much the same? i like the idea with the aicos if i go for the lithium backup you can get a switch to silence the house/test/identify which alarm went off.
Thanks
