First AVI.

Hello folks.
I'm a self funding trainee. Doing an course with EAL qualifications as a view to getting my foot in the door to becoming an electrician.
I've got my Inspection and testing practical exams coming up and would like to invest in an AVI and proving unit.
I need it to do phase rotation as I'm hopefully going to get taken on for my NVQ at my current workplace which does commercial.
I'd prefer to have a AVI that doesn't need batteries to show voltage(just seems safer)
Thirdly a single pole voltage test function might be handy for lighting.
With these in mind I've been looking at the Dilog Combivolt 1 or 2. Megger tpt420 and Fluke T110.

Has anyone got any recommendations between these or any other testers please?
I noticed the Combi volt has a 10min recovery time. Is this an issue? Can't find those specs for the other AVI's.
The Fluke has a single pole phase tester, can this be used as a single poke voltage tester? I don't understand the difference.
Thanks for reading so far.
