We're rural, lots of off gas areas and struggling to get any of them up to d rating unless they've got cavity walls and even then it's a struggle without a newish boiler. My neighbour is a prime example - 60's bungalow, full cavity & loft, full heating controls & double glazing, oil boiler 5 years old - bottom of D.

Are you including the proposed PV in the EPC to reach level D (min)?

Hi, so can someone here confirm for sure that you don't have to be a grade D before the installation and can use the PV to make it a D or above?
