yes of course David...which makes me wonder wether fused prods n crocs are being employed here....and the fuse in one-or more of em has blown........or it could be the interface with the tester thats at fault....or as has been suggested already..just a case of dead batterys...Even an impropernuller of the leads won't give a 0 ohms reading of aring, unless its a super small ring final that is lol
hello i am currently having the same problem with a replacement 1652 for my stolen 1653, any update or information on this subject would be much appreciated as i have my elecsa inspection on the 23rd May
