Fluke 2062 Cable tracer

I've got a Fluke 2062 cable tracer. Cracking bit of kit, but very expensive, and isn't getting used very much. I might be open to renting it out. If you need to trace a break or short, this could save you a lot of time. I traced a N E short to a pin in a picture rail that had been there about a year. RCBO must have been sticky, as problem only showed up when I tried to reset it after flicking it off. Fault finding took about 5 minutes, instead of lifting floors, opening walls etc.
I'm thinking £100 per day, personal handover only.

I disagree. IF you have a use for it, it's just the tool you use. And when you do have a use, it'll be one of those "wish I'd bought it years ago" tools.
For network cable work, I picked up a used cable tester - not up to date specs wise, but invaluable for troubleshooting. It's TDR & TDX (time domain refectometry/crosstalk) function is brilliantfor localising faults - e.g. is that open circuit in the terminations at one end, the other end, or somewhere in between (and then you locate where some **** has destroyed your cable with his cable stsples).
