fluorescent trouble

i fitted 4 5'twin corrosion proof T8 with electronic ballast

3 of them are giving trouble -sometimes they start

other times not -or might go off after a few minutes

i assume there's a fault with ballast-i doubt it's voltage but will check

anyone had similar issues thanks

dodgy fittings. are the manufactures instructions in chinese?

i had cheapo from homebase and im led to believe its the ballast, started off going off then on crap
