Food time!!!!!!

I used to have atleast 4 fast food meals at work a week and full english breakfasts. I have started taking fruit and pasta/sandwichs and feel loads better for it.

and just to expand on that..... i don't drink beer in mothercare, so why should they bring their smelly, noisy offspring into the pub.

I personally used to bring in sandwiches and leave them all day and have them at stupid o'clock and of course by that time I felt physically sick. Probably didn't help by the fact that my boss worked like a trojan and ran around at 100mph. I felt obliged to carry on.

Not anymore though, Your dinner is your dinner and we all have to eat at the end of the day. mind you i work for a company so I can empathise with you guys that are self employed. its all go, go, go isn't it.

I have tried to desperately to improve my daily eating habits at work. Now instead of a large bacon roll for brekkie i only have a small one which is exactly the same size but 40p cheaper so i save £2.00 per week.
