Went to a job today to check the electrics for a customer as he is going to rent it out.It is currently not occupied thankfully. Went to look at the supply and found this(attached pictures).I have phoned western power and they are going to sort it. Left the fusebox off with no fuses and warning notice attached.Anyone seen this shocking before no main fuse?

It looks as though the one on the left is a rewirable fuse presumably phase? and the one on the right is not fused (neutral) although when it was installed it was common practice to fuse the live and neutral. I wonder it it had another supply looped off it at some point? New cutout and it will be fine.
