The sad thing is we had a link to this on our site and somebody did phone in asking are they as good as standard panels and would we give them a quote (OMG).

I had someone come and ask me about moonlight panels at a trade fair the other day because they'd just been told they were going to be the next big thing by one of the other stands... I had to point out that no matter how efficient the technology there'd only be less than 1% of the energy available as during daylight, so even a 100% efficient moonlight array would struggle to power the inverter up... he remained convinced they would be just around the corner and I just didn't know about them. I left him to it.
