Fuse board in a bathroom

Working on a house where the distribution cut out and meter will now be positioned in a bathroom after rooms have been altered around,am I allowed to install a consumer unit next to dno meter,if a lockable cupboard is built around these items in this now will be new bathroom,Many Thanks

I dont really know what the builder is really attending to do,but off the top of my head it could be in zone 2,but bear in mind it would be inside a lockable cupboard

Just dealt with this issue - DNO head had to be moved outside at a cost of nearly £4,000.

IP rated board in a cupboard cant see any issues yet, its no longer in a bathroom if its in a cupboard and its locked with a key, realy does sound odd realy i can see a can of worms with this already....LMAO, Hmm im in bath and lights go out ill just use this key thats in the lock, let the steam in and see which breaker it is hmm its that one(I have ex-ray vision ROFL), Booooom That was me on my bumb as it went off with a flash.(realy Funny Builder action.)

Get an isotator in the cupbord and move the board to a new room, another cupboard....could try..
