on my recent job main shut off for incoming water is right above the distribution and meter cabinet... pictures will follow in the dodgy trade forum whenever i can be bothered to take them. Uk power network been supposed to be called by landlord for missing cut-out fuse cover but its been a month and no one gives a damn.
