G59 application form - please help!

Hi all, I wondered if anyone has ever completed an application for a G59 solar pv system before? The application form that I have been sent by Uk Power Networks is a minefield of questions that I dont understand! can anyone help with this please?

hahaha! oh the good old G9! the form is not that difficult in its self, it the damn DNO that is the problem. pm me if you would like help, i'll try and guide you a bit. oh and if the DNO is scottish power then best of luck because i have a big bruise on the front of my head with dealing with then!

The forms were never designed for PV installer. I suggest you call the DNO and get a rapport going with them as they can be extremely helpful. You do not need to complete every question on the application. UK Power Network are extremely helpful but you need to consider things from their point of view before you slag off the DNO's.

Hi Matt, I am having the same G59 uncertantiy in the DNO application.

Just joined the forum and uncertain how to post subject for help.

Our dno is UK POWER NETWORKS and the form looks a maze to me. Any help would be greatley appriciated or useful links which you found.

As said before new to forum and having trouble finding info .

G59 forms are easy enough when you realise that you can leave 80% of it blank!
