Up to now we've been using the G83 stage 2 application forms for up to 50kW under the relaxation ENA had put in place, but I've just been told by ENA that we do now have to use the G59 form, which I've always found very confusing and not been entirely sure what information we're supposed to be providing, and which bits just aren't relevant.

I was wondering if anyone might be willing to assist in a sanity check by either emailing me a copy of a form you've had accepted previously (obviously with customer details removed), or potentially uploading one to this site so others can also benefit?

much appreciated if anyone could assist.

(my email is info at Leeds-solar.co.uk if anyone prefers to email it)

Thanks in advance.

I'll take a look at some of our forms and see what I can do.

At the very least I will post one up with some explanatory notes. They're actually not as complicated as they look.

thanks.

YEDL are apparently taking up to 65 working days to process these, so I don't want to end up with one being returned because I've missed something and having another 65 day wait.

I really don't know why ENA haven't allowed either the stage 2 process to continue to be used, or released a simplified version of the form for under 50kW installations, as one where the units are in MW clearly isn't aimed at type tested SSEG installations in this range.

thanks, we've spent some time working through it ourselves and think we've sussed it, so will just compare with yours to double check it before we send it off.
