garage cu advise please No main power switch

i have earth cables all over our home on water pipes and on the main gas pipe into property but cant find any box or cables outside. dont know pic helps identify anything? do i need busbar covers?

Do you have a earth rod for this installation?
You appear to have a time delayed 100m/amp Rcd as the main switch

not sure what swa cable you mean everything in that pic is my meter, dno fuse? and consumer unit. i can take any pic needed if i know exactly what to take of. thanks for any help. sorry guys but the knife was my great grandfathers and has never been removed from sheath in around 29 years its left as is for my son. [well out of sight or reach of anyone under 6ft6]
