If the person was involved with all stages and could verify that ALL work was to the 17th then I cant see a reason why not.

However if he signs it off it becomes his job not yours so you would not have a job to show your assessor as the paperwork says otherwise.

We are legally bound to notify building control as we all know. I dont know of anyone who has failed an assessment because they didnt notify

My jobs that are going to be submitted haven't been notified LABC so just hopes all goes well really. I would have thought if the assessors were bothered about the notifying bit, then others would have been told about it surely?
