External building should have earth rod but with it being About 3m away from main CU earth block.
He spends a lot of time in the garden. Prob only 3 but I said 4 max.

Started my course in Sept and want to get experience. Will have someone watching me but wanted to have all the answers before I did the job. Prefer to ask now than get told on day off supervisor

That's why I am asking. Which part was wrong where do I need to go back and look. Just after help on the areas I need more work. The criticism isn't helping me better myself.

Oh, sorry but you need to be competent to carry out the work safely.

In all honesty the person who will be supervising you should be designing the installation. He should then explain to you how to install it correctly and supervise you doing the work. He should then be testing the installation and issuing the relevant certification. This is how you gain experience.

He does. But he starts with .... So what do you think you should do. Then. How will you wire this Were will this go. What bonding. What type of circuit is this. What rating should these be. It's a quiz for the full job. Just want to try and get a heads up. Got told the job early cause it's a friends house so I found out what were doing so thought I could away up and bought I might get some advice.

If and I say IF, you started your course about 2 months ago, your gaffer should be doing ALL the design and leading you with good practice. That is IF there is a gaffer.

This kind of post is becoming more and more prevalent as fast-track courses increase. As already said, your supervisor should be designing everything, then supervising how you carry out the work. You will learn absolutely NOTHING from asking online and having a guess. Consult your training books and admit to your supervisor that you don't yet have the knowledge required, and would appreciate their advice.
This is always assuming that you're not a plumber or builder "having a go" at the electrical side of a job...
