Garden spike light for screw in bulb

I used to have several "spike lights" in my garden, I would like to replace them as they are looking really naff (I still have some new (But old) Par 38? screw in bulbs) The only spike lights I can find are made by knights bridge, to be fair, they do look the same as mine (but much cleaner) but they are "Not available" searching some more, they are also "not available" looking everywhere (I think) it seems that the spike light as I know it is no longer made, but my question is, "Is there an electrical reason/rule that I can't buy one (or two)" It just seems odd to me that I can't buy one, any thoughts as to why this may be?
Thanks in advance

Thanks, but the original question still stands
I'd perhaps be a bit wary of the above website, maybe I'm being paranoid!
You could also keep a lookout on eBay, where there's a wall mount one !

For EU/eco reasons incandescent (filament) bulbs started to be phased out in 2009, and by 2016 production was supposed to cease. Halogen bulbs followed in 2018 - 2023. It was still legal to sell remaining stock, but not to manufacture them, except for special applications.
PAR 38 reflector bulbs were designed for a 'spotlight' effect. LED versions exist now to replace the incandescent type, but they are not as effective as a 'spot'. Coupled with the increasing popularity of smaller GU10 LED garden lights, I suspect it became uneconomic for Knightsbridge to produce PAR 38 ES garden lights, and this design seems to have been abandoned in the UK.

I can’t say one way or the other about the quality of products from that particular website, but it does show they are still available, so there’s no current regulation against them being produced.
As mentioned, it may just be that compact spotlights on a spike are just more popular now.
