Hi,
I have a submain 16mm t+e and separate 10mm, question is submain comes from cellar up to ground floor, gas meter is next to incomer in cellar and water stoptap is other end of property....gas will be bonded to met at incomer but is it ok to bond water back to consumer unit on ground floor as this has a 10mm already going back.
i believe it is ok, or do the main bonding conductors always have to go back to 1 met or can it be done (which I believe it can as if you have a submain going out to an outhouse you can have combined earth and bonding conductor if extraneous parts are present)
I just can't remember if you can have only one met or not as I wouldn't normally do it this way lol
thanks
