not surprising given that their business plan must have been based on around 50% of the total volume of installs by now, or lower... shame they couldn't spend any of their profits on sorting the portal out so that it doesn't fall over everytime there's a hint of a rush on.

It's a QUANGO, and like most quango a moneypit for those that pay, and a free ride for those in the priviledged positions within it.
would love to see their executives expenses sheets!
