hi all i would like to know if their is such a thing as a electricians supervisor exam/ course if so any details would be greatly appreciated

The JIB do have a technician grade.

To gain this you would need either the C&G 2360 'C' course or the C&G 2391-20 design course plus, experience as an approved electrician fisrt.
