What are the 3 scenarios where you are allowed to undertake other road users?
I can think of two. If someone is indicating right and waiting to turn and on a congested road where your lane is moving faster than the one to the right although in that situation you are usually trying to avoid the cars that are swapping lanes all the time just to get one car length ahead

Number 3 when your girlfriend has run away to be with her family 3 fields away from your house.

The 3 scenarios where you can undertake are:
  1. In a one way street.
  2. When a vehicle is indicating right (used to be when a vehicle is turning right).
  3. When your lane is moving faster than other lanes to your right.

If you want to be really worried about the state of driving in the UK you should get a motorbike.

You then realise that these motorists are are actually just murderers who are trying to kill you at every opportunity.
Nothing like riding a motorcycle for making you a better car driver

Incidentally, I had to renew my driving licence today and the donor default is still OPT-IN. Should have been default in and OPT OUT years ago.

So option (3) has one covered for CLODs then!

I had one yesterday - 60mph in the third lane of a four lane stretch.

Nothing in the inner two lanes of course. it was all stacked up behind the tw*t in the third lane waiting for a slot in the fourth to get around him. (Actually, it was a her, but that is not relevant.)

I probably should have mentioned, that applies when there’s congestion.
