This is the current Generator install I am part of, A nice Big one to get stuck into, if you look at the photo of the motor connections you will see there are 3 bolts per phase, this is due to needing 3 x 240mm cables per phase. And what about the radiator on the end!!!.

You seem to do some very interesting work mate, is it all commercial/Industrial you do?

Keep the pics coming

Yes mate, the domestic side doesn't interest me, I don't think it would hold my attention for long enough!!, No disrespect to the Domestic lads by the way.

Africa, and we may have to go an install it yet as part of a deal I am trying to secure.

for a moment i thought that small thing was for your house. what's the kVA?

Yeah its not the Biggest by any means I have installed a couple of Megawatt Generators before they were nice to work on!!

What type of cable are you coming in with? Doesn't look like you'll have much room if it's SWA. Although the photo may be deceiving.

Hi Rob it is Flexible singles 240mm, there is another piece that attaches to the back of the boxes to provide protection for the cable so they are hidden when its finished.

Just make sure there clamped down well :).

Will do mate, they are normally done to an high standard anyway, I think this one is going on a cargo ship, so you don't want any comebacks lol
