Too much health and safety these days… you’re not a man until you’ve lost the tip off a finger…
And as for “safety goggles”…. Ooooooooh!!

Pair of run of the mill, cut resistant gloves. Let's face it; any reaonably priced gloves that could stop a cutting/grinding disc would render you unable to operate the grinder.
