Any advice would be appriciate as stated have possible work opperunity on big site ,To make some bank price and day rate. Any tips advice spefically on metal munvhing which is what ill mainly be doing first few weeks with a squad pf sparkies mates some of which mightbe be better and quicker than I am i think everyones working in teams in an are of the building so i will be head spark of that wee team with either apprentice or sparkies mare . Or two sparkies and a first year ,I can do the work jus know first few weeks gonna be slower wamt to hit the ground running obbiously investinhg in a grinder etc . just been so long since worked on a big busy site any advice would be appriciated dont want to jepodise quakity of woek for spee aswell

if you're doing loads of metal munching, a chop saw is quicker and more accurate than a grinder. i would expect this to be provided for you.
 
Buy some big thick chains and padlocks and big weights to hold your own personal gear down otherwise it will mysteriously walk and be up for sale on media sites before you even know it's gone.
