goliath 250 worklight ballast

my goliath 250 worklight stopped working, its a 55w 4 pin 2d lamp

the ballast has blown, does anyone know where to get a replacement, if i search the original model - a visonator VEB155TC all i get is links to Taiwan sites

Go to a decent wholesalers tell them what you want and they should be able to source it for you.

my local wholesalers denmans or devondale are great when they have stock in but their pretty useless when having to order in anything they dont normally have, normally takes months of pestering them

Ian is correct, my local (independent) wholesaler can get them, common fault on them apparently.

I use Edmundsons, normally they will get the item wanted or the equivalent within a couple of days.
