Good Old Delroy, he gets all the best Jobs :)

I like a few of the online sparks, and David Savery always makes me laugh. His replacement oven element Christmas video is a classic.
He swears almost as much as I do...
For me, not being a spark, I have learnt a lot from John Ward, love him or hate him, he gets the point over, and some of his humour is brilliant.
Agree, some of David's earlier stuff is brilliant, even my husband likes the videos (although he hasn't a clue about electrical work). Not so keen on his recent stuff actually, he appears to have gone down a totally different route that to me doesn't really work well with his style.

I struggle with John tbh, I just skip through as it's too slow for me, but I accept would be great for people struggling to learn this stuff.

I like JW, and have learned a lot from him since starting out. One youtube spark I unfortunately can't get on with is sparkyninja. His delivery is so slow and drawn out that his vids are unwatchable, impossible to concentrate on. A pity, as I'm sure there's some useful info in his vids somewhere.

Just to mention, I don't struggle to learn! But I know what you mean!
Yeah, sorry if it came across that way, wasn't meant to.

It's just his style and approach is very slow and ideal for those who are struggling to learn, others present the same information at a much quicker pace, good for those who can keep up, but not for anyone struggling to understand something!!!

And ultimately I suppose, we all find ourselves struggling to understand something at some point!

Yes, I would agree there, although I haven't really found anything he has done that I would particularly want to watch even if his delivery was OK.

I think his style is great, although I did grow up in the era when Open University programmes were often the best 'kids entertainment' on television.

Well Julie, I kind of get what you say, and absolutely no offence taken! I guess, being an old guy, I like JW's school-teacher approach, drawing diagrams and referring back to show different ways of doing things.

I find Nick Bundy quite amusing, but recently he's become a bit samey, and too much time spent on promoting stuff...and, dare I say it, some of his installations are just naff, especially the garage one with all the white conduit and double bends etc. He could have done that so much more neatly, and a lot of it could have been clipped direct...
tin hat on!

Just watchrd Del and his Mate "rewiring" what a farce

Which one was that, some are great, the newer ones not so.

And over on the Artisan channel (which I don't normally watch!) I just had a proper laugh, as I thought only I had luck like this:
