Really interested to hear on Enasolar. Whilst by no means the cheapest, they are one of my favourites for ease of installation and set up. Understand the component quality and matching should also make in-life failure less likely. It was Andy at Sibert who put me on to them in the first place.

Hi guys

Those of you who know us will know that we try to provide the very best products for our customers. As a distributor the last thing we want is dealing with warranty issues in the years to come.
We are a stockist of Goodwe - and it took us a good year or so to be satisfied that the inverters and company stacked up to their claims - and having been a Goodwe distributor for the past 6 months or so we are extremely pleased with our choice. Not only are they competitively-priced, the reliability return rate is less than 1% purely from our own data on what we have fulfilled. Of course, as someone who wants to sell you a Goodwe you'd think I am bound to say that....I'll let you form your own opinion from the Photon test reports.
I have personally been involved in addressing issues with Goodwe over software for design and installation manuals - and they are actively working to improve this.
I know there are SMA and Fronius die-hards out there - it happens in every industry - I am only interested in supplying good, reliable products at a competitive price.

Hi Sean,

Curious if you have any update on how Goodwe inverters have been working out...?

Hi, we have been installing them in Cape Town South Africa, so far the inverters look really good, from quality to performance with integrated wi-fi as a bonus, we have been using the Goodwe 4000SS and 10000.

Quality is good very similar to sma we have installed around 30 of these inverters with no problems or comebacks, great service to from Sean at access renewables!

Thanks for the shout out! Yep these are really doing well for us and our customers - and now we have WiFi inclusive models available which sync via the customers wifi network to the Goodwe site or iPhone app... Gimmicky? Yes - but we hear it's extremely useful for customers!

Hi to all.
I think the Chines are learning really well, they copy a lot, from all over the world.
The big difference is the risk (on investor side) that in some cases, those companies will came out of the market. And then the investor will not have any guarantee. The risk is smaller on the European companies.
The other important thing is a time for replacing of an broken inverter, with the new one. In that time the PV system it doesn't work and investor is loosing money.
So on one hand you have cheap Chinese, with higher risk, on other more expensive with less risk. It choice on the investor.
And the inverter is the most important part of the system.
So if the choice is on me, I will take cheap modules and expensive inverter.
