Been given a load of these Green brook lighting connectors like a box load of them any one used them are they any good?

The instructions seem worded strange to me they say : Up to 3 x 2.5mm2 flexible 3 core cable can be used. does that mean they only want you to use 2.5mm cable with the connector or 3 cables that can go from 1mm up to 2.5mm
 
same as clickflow. the one on the left is the supply side and will accept 3 T/E. the one on the right is designed for 1 T/E e.g. to a single fitting.
 
one side has a screwed down case to grip the cord. the other side has restraining clips.
 
Most people would use 1 or 1.5mm2 T&E for lighting, but if you are a builder and only have one size of cable on the van … which of course would be 2.5mm2, then you can still use the connectors!
