Grid switches

Do all the grid frames fit any back box ? like sockets and switches ?

With crabtree it makes no difference what make of metal back box you use you still have to bend those back on the grid plate to get it to fit in.

Visited the sire today , cannot get hold of the same grid switches, so am gonna have to quote for a full replacement ,

And never ever use Focus SB. I had to change a 4 gang switch, and ended up having to take out the flush box and install one that was more suited for a cooker switch. And they had machined the face plate out so that it didnt line up with the grid. No wonder Focus put the initials SB at the end of their name!
