Joking aside thats an absolutely crazy jump mate, mine was £470 last year and the cheapest i could get this year was nearly £800 as i had a claim against me for £7k (forgot to clamp my big ladders on top of the van after a long day and we parted company on the M60 ring road!)

Thought i'd told you about that?

Was working at trafford park changing all the metal halide lamps in a car park, it had been a long day and i was in a hurry to get home so i clamped the ladders on the top of the van then went back to check i hadnt left any tools lying around anywhere.

At this point i noticed one of the lamps hadnt come on so i got the ladders back off and climbed up and re-seated the lamp as it wasnt in right, went back to the van chucked the ladders on top then got distracted by someone inside the store for something. Anyway drove off up the M60 and heard a massive bang at the back of the van then saw my ladders disappearing down the road behind me so i pulled off onto the hard shoulder and a 09' BMW 3 series pulled up behind me with a big hole in his front bumper cos he'd ran over them!
