Ah yes, here it is:

For 15 quid a year not only do you get a mention on their website (which doesn't appear to exist any more), you get to use their logo, AND you get a certificate!

he claims to put you onto `leads`...(not earth bonding leads i hope)...and offers you `first refusal` over the others.....whatever thats supposed to mean....perhaps the £15 is entry level....and once your part of the mystical `guild`...its on a sliding scale.....sliders...sounds like wonga...

love to meet the chap who runs this site!!! not only does he nick content from websites (mine included.) but hes a fully fledged sucker for the Guild!! lol....


p.s he also sets up sites very similar in names to established business...

Think if I can get 100 members @ £35 each = £3,500

Good money maker. Just issue them with a logo and the right to use the logo

I just looked at the headquarters of the Guild of Pat testers on Google maps
The corporate building is impressive by any standards

Its definitely not one of your high rise office complex establishments,it takes on more of a down to earth council house theme
Obviously the Guild must have gone through a lean period and downsized
Its a shame such a long established and essential institution is floundering
Never mind, there will no doubt be willing donators to the cause in the near future

I read the post of Des 56 could not stop laughing - make me want to try guild of Electricians even more.

Its a membership the spark decides to join! - no come back on me!
And £35 Im sure they wont moan - another logo looks good on the van - what ever it is!


Does anyone on here want to join - only £55 for Forum members! - £35 for normal members!
