Hager mccb probs

Hager 100A MCCB new type (brand new) is tripping when attempting to switch on - new installation. Circuit is feeding a SWA to a DB - No Load on DB and cables of SWA meggering out ok . Thinking the MCCB may be faulty - anyone had probs with these?

Easy with an mcb, not be so easy with an mccb. If everything tests ok, I think a replacement is the way to go.
