You'll find that virtually every main MV switchboard is a ''one off'' even if it's of a switchboard frame type!!
But whoever designed that particular layout must have lost his mind somewhere along the way!! ..lol!!
Most bus bar arrangements in such switchgear, are normally only accessible after removal of an outer frame/panel cover that then allows access to the bus bar chamber cover, never seen perspex covers on MV chambers. What's more, the bus bars themselves are normally heatshrink insulated. Bolted Inter cubicle bus bar connections, made at time of building the switchboard at site position, are only heatshrink covered after witness testing of torque settings and conforms to maximum resistance limitations which are normally around 35 micro ohms....
