Just wondered if any of you have come across this emergency test key switch before and where I could perhaps get some??

If you're having trouble finding a replacement, why not just change the switch plate, got to be a lot more cost effective than wasting a lot of time trying to locate what maybe an obsolete key!!

Client doesn't want to change... that was my initial recommendation.

Had the same problem myself, a local restaurant I tested had no keys at all for the EM lighting test and as he was renting he didn't want to replace the existing ones
so I just filed down a key made by another manufacturer to fit, took all of 5 mins!

Methinks there has been one or two P takes about the saw thing previously in this thread, personally I hope the op has seen the error of his ways lol, me I have a saw head (sore)

easy to make one chop the prongs off another make and file it to size done it before doesnt take long and works a treat
