the duracell one with the batteries on the back is excellent too, I find I break the sf cheapos too easily! Think it's around 20 sheets or so .
 
All I would add is this, make sure you buy one that has the facility to tilt the light fitting. You don't want one that just points straight ahead at all times, as you will find this a real pain if you are doing any close up work i.e. if you are working one something about 8 to 10 inches in front of you.

Complete guess, but it's probably cheaper to let a separate meter read a CT clamp and send the data to the charger's microcontroller using rs485...
