Head Torches/Lamps

Can anybody recommend a good quality head torch/lamp for no more than £30/40 please. It will be used probably on a daily basis for maybe a couple of hours at most, looking for one with variable focus so I can work close up (CU Change) and also in a big area (loft).

I bought this one 3 month ago. Best bang for your buck I reckon. 5 lighting modes (full, low, flash, Red, red flash) and it has a diffuser lens which slides up and down so you can either have the light focused or spread. Brilliant bit of kit. I've got some rechargeable Uniross lithium batteries for mine and works a treat.

CEF do a good one about £14 and only uses one AA battery :UNILITE LED MICRO (headtorch) nice and bright got a good beam
