Heat mat programmable thermostat

Hi everyone wondering if any one can help point me indirection I have a heat mat installed with a ntc5k sensor and client is looking for a new programmable thermostat
most ones I found are ntc10k (warm up mat)I found a website where the manufacturer can adjust to suit floor sensor but can't rember where it was thanks

Heat mat do a programmable roomstat that you can set resistance of the floor probe.
Their technical team are pretty good and will talk through the process with you.

Or is it that the customer really doesnt like the heatmat programmers ?

It's just a manually operated one the now warm up basic one will have a look at the website thanks for your time and help
