BTW i dont work for Heatmiser, speaking as a installer - its genuinely good kit, easy to use.

Had system six months, still can’t get the hub working. Upstairs heating on all the time and can’t turn off. Downstairs underfloor loops have to be individually controlled from each stat. Their support do reply with short solutions but we don’t seem to be getting anywhere. Hub seems to be faulty and the apps buggy so won’t remove hub even when hub turned off so not just hub that is faulty. Not great for a £1200 investment!
