Hello can you help me fix my house?

I dont know much about electrics.
Here is the issue.

Electric tripping (not blowing) consistently after about 1.5 hrs.

We narrowed it down to one of the fuzes on the box. When we turn that off the rest is fine. We have unplugged everything systematically from that line to try and find out what it is but nothing seems to be stopping it from tripping.

Whats on the line is the kitchen, and study, so not the boiler.

What would you look for next? Do we find the cables to check for rat bites? (or would this make it trip instantly? Not worth doing?)

Could it be the box / commercial unit?

We called out an electrician once and he disconnected the outside light that was on that line too, but still tripping, and we cant really affort to get out another one.

If you could help me at all that would be hugely appreciated. My dad wants to pull up the floorboards and check the cables. So any advice if this is a good idea or not, or what you would do. Any help would be great really.

Looks like a 100mAmp RCD on a TT system so not a small fault.
Whatever happens, I think you need an upgrade or a full checkup.

most likely a neutral to ground fault/leak
If you know everything connectted to this circuit ?
Then isolate them completely from the circuit one by one
then see how the circuit holds up
most likely one of them is the culprit
If everything is isolated and it still does it ?
Then it's in the wiring.

everything to right of meter to go in bin. Head to be refitted by DNO. then a new CU and full inspection & test. sssimpless.

I cannot see where your main protective Earth comes from. It is not from the supply cable, so I assume it is a TT installation that requires a separate Earth/Ground rod - but no sign of the incoming Earth bond wire. As someone said earlier - if the elcb/RCD is OK, then a 100 mA leakage fault is seriously bad news. You do need to get a qualified electrician in who has the knowledge and required test equipment. If the problem is in bathroom or kitchen and the water pipes are being used as the Earth, then you have a potentialy serious electric shock/electrocution situation, in my opinion.
