Hi, I am in my late 40's and somehow have mis-managed myself into a career crossroad at an advanced stage. Anyway taking the bull by the horns I got my 2377-100 and 200 six months ago and am now considering heading into a more serious sparks roll in an attempt to get back to more consistent paydays.

What routes / qualification paths would you guys recommend? And what if any are the fast track options?

it depends on how many years you have and how quallified you want to be? if you want to get 'quallified' fast then you can do a EAL domestic installer scheme which you can do which teaches you the basics and also the part P side of it. it is also the lowest qualification that the nic eic will accept if you want to go self employed.
