Tell you what, short answer is

buy a MAC notebook.:D

Use em all the time.

Don't know enough about computors to know whats what, but you can get a 7 inch laptop from Maplins for about ÂŁ120.
At the other end Apple Macs /Apple products are top notch but quite pricey

main reason is to be able to get rid of the monster i use now takes up too much space and the chair is hard :D also really slow

Ah

400 notes might buy you a second hand MAC. Must admit, its all i use now, but they are expensive.

Have a look at the Dell website.

You can spec your own laptop to fit your budget.

By the sounds of it, you should get a decent one for around ÂŁ400

pc world do a dell machine 399 and if i go to dell for it its 428

Does sound a bit odd.

Maybe the Dell one has a delivery charge included?

Still, if PC world have got them, sounds like that could be the way to go!

PS just seen the advert on tv.

You can even choose a funky colour:D
